Where do you find reliable data and benchmarks?
I get the clearest look by placing a 4000–5000K desk lamp to the side and “bouncing” it off a white wall at about 45°, then locking exposure in Zoom so sudden spreadsheet whites don’t wash me out. Small caveat: if you wear glasses, skip ring lights or set them high and off-center unless you want raccoon eyes — does that setup fit your space?
